Location was fabulous 5 minute walk too the beach and ocean drive the staff was friendly and very welcoming. The roof top bar and pool was amazing. The hotel smelled lovely and clean was spotless everyday
Not about the property but felt the cleaners in the room was very in and out it was clean but just not finishing the rooms with bed throw cousins on the sofas etc

Beautiful and clean hotel with a spacious room and a great pool. The staff were wonderful — very friendly, helpful, and welcoming.
The location is excellent, very close to the beginning of Ocean Drive, while still being quiet and relaxing.
The only downside for us was the shower. The water never felt hot enough, and the water pressure was quite low. The staff kindly offered us another room, but when we checked it, the water didn’t seem significantly warmer, so we decided not to move. Unfortunately, I often felt cold while taking a shower.
Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

The location of the hotel is excellent and very convenient. The staff was extremely friendly and clearly tried their best to help, including attempting to resolve the internet problem by offering a different room. The rooftop pool is a very pleasant feature, and the rooms themselves are spacious and nicely decorated, which would normally contribute to a comfortable stay. However, the operational issues mentioned below unfortunately overshadowed these positive aspects.
During my stay, several important issues significantly affected the overall experience. The air conditioning was not functioning properly, and the room temperature remained around 88°F (31°C) for three consecutive days, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. In addition, the elevator was out of service for several days. Luckily staff was very helpful to access the upper floors with luggage. The internet connection was also unreliable, with very poor or no connectivity in some rooms. Despite these ongoing issues, management did not provide any meaningful response, which was disappointing. Considering the high room rates, the overall maintenance and management of the facilities appeared careless and below expectations.
