The Inn is set on the lovely adjoining property of Endicott College and overlooks Massachusetts Bay. The hotel had everything you world expect and need. The room was very nice. Easy parking.
They need to hire a second person at breakfast and dinner hour. You can't expect one person to keep b'fast area clean replenish snacks & coffee,, clean up tables AND make breakfast. The rest of us sat around waiting for too long to also put our order in. Otherwise, no complaints.

The fountain is beautiful. Location is great, close to Salem where we visited. Price wasn't bad.
We stayed in room 308. Bathroom outlet very loose. It pulls out of wall when unplugging hairdryer. Vent behind bathroom door in bathroom dirty. Lift chair cushion, the chair is filled with food. Room smelled. TV was left on. Towels were hard & crunchy. There was a wedding when we stayed so there was no parking out front. We had to park across the street.
