Comfortable bed, nice size room. Emily was very helpful when we first arrived with suggestions for our visit.
Hotel position was useful, just a short walk into the French Quarter.
First impressions were of a hotel that was rather worn and needed some work to spruce it up. Didn't quite look as we expected from online photos.
Water pressure was not good and needed a contractor to look at the hot water so we could shower. It did eventually work.
Breakfast offerings were not good. Expected better from a 4 * hotel at $400 a night.

Location
Inconsistency in policy/expectations. Security team and Front Desk not aligned creating tension when arriving back to hotel after late night.
