The hotel staff was so friendly and personable. The location is close to the live casino and the Arundel mills mall.
The amenities at the hotel were top shelf.
I know we will come back the next time we head to the casino.
Thank you to all the staff at the Hilton you made our stay a memorable one.
There was nothing at all that I would have changed.
They are wonderful

Room was very clean and nice.
I had to pay for PARKING. Its a regular asphalt parking lot, not walkable to anything and they charged $12.50 a day for parking my car to sleep in their hotel. Maybe in the big city but not here - CHEAP.

How was clean and open?
That your beds and extra towels was not ready available for the next day you had to request. I don’t understand why you have to request for new bedsheets and new towels at a hotel.

In a good location .
I have stayed at this property several times with no issues, but this time was different. I pulled back the covers and found hair all over the sheets. Hair all over the bathroom floor. Then the water in the tub won’t drain.
