Room is clean; staffs are friendly and helpful. According to the staff, renovation is coming. We are visiting Muncie from out of state. The staff definitely left a very good impression for us. Muncie is a great city. Hopefully will visit again.

All the staff was great, nice free breakfast, & clean rooms. Good location, only 2.5 miles to IU Ball hospital.
The only negative was the people who stayed above us had kids that were running & jumping day and night, but we mentioned it to the staff who took care of the issue.

Great staff. Comfy beds. Vey clean. Nice breakfast.
Mediocre pool. Bathrooms are being updated so that will be better soon. Exterior needs better curb appeal.

The location is good. It is close to everything. It's nice that they provides grab-and-go breakfast while their kitchen is under rennovation.
My room is facing a major road and I could hear cars passing by 4, 5am in the morning.
