Reviews talked about cockroach issues. I requested a cockroach free room. My room was SPARKLING CLEAN! The unit was honestly so so clean, I was taken aback! The cleanliness literally stood out. They certainly sorted out the roach issue & maybe upgraded some of the rooms.
Also requested for a late checkout & was given even more time than I’d asked for.
Location was also great! Can’t wait to be back!
Nothing

Location amazing, the room was very big, we had beach amenities which was super. AC and vents were good.
The escalator was out of service, there were some small ants in the bathroom.
