Cleanliness of the room. Comfort of the bed. Size of the shower.
Breakfast staff was not pleasant, helpful or attentive.
Maid staff was not pleasant.
Didn’t like the response I got when asking for maid service for clean towels after the first night. From the maid near our room and the front desk when I was told I had to call and ask for service.

The room was huge and clean. It was really nice and the pool was clean and perfect temperature. The staff was really nice and helpful and made the process smooth. The lobby was clean and the seating was comfy. The breakfast was delicious and the attendant was very attentive and friendly. We really enjoyed the variety of foods that were offered.
The beds were uncomfortable for myself, my mom and sister. We didn’t sleep very good. The soap and shampoo were very cheap and not good. There were no towels in the pool room.
