This was a great location right on the beach. The breakfast items changed every day which I loved. The carriage house was quite spacious! The bed wasn’t comfortable but the staff were quick to help address it.
- the property is old, which although it is charming, I could hear every movement from the room upstairs so it’s quite noisy
- the bed wasn’t comfortable but like I mentioned the staff was so quick to help mitigate the issue
- the coffee in the lobby does not taste great but the coffee in the room is delicious!

The location cannot be beat- directly across from the ocean right along the stunning walkway. A short walk to the aquarium, restaurants, coffee and shops. You can walk along the shore for a long way if you fancy. The room was beautiful and clean, with modern amenities. We loved listening to the ocean at night, and the jacuzzi tub was a great touch!
Everything was great for our one night stay.

Great position & beautiful character property. Our room - Gable, had a lovely view of the sea. Wine & cheese in the afternoon was a nice touch.
Felt it was expensive for what is essentially a B&B, our room was comfortable & clean but our stay did not feel good value for money compared to many other places on our road trip. Breakfast was disappointing & replenishment was slow on our morning.
