It was a good room.
Hot tub could have been cleaner and price could have been cheaper.

We know that when stay at Holiday Inn Express there are no surprised. The rooms are always clean, staff is always friendly and helpful. Breakfast is always good
We were only there for 1 night, I would have liked to stay longer and just relax.

The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a good variety of breakfast foods. Coffee was great. Beds and bedding quite comfortable.
The room had been precooled and the condensation drain obviously blocked so the carpet was wet. The bathtub was dirty, and after cleaning was still quite stained. The window coverings could not be opened. The iron didn't work. The commode rocked. No drinking cups were provided. We have stayed at this hotel before and were very pleased, but this time we were in a neglected room.
