The front desk person named Michael is an outstanding employee. He was professional, welcoming, addressed me throughout my stay by my name. When sitting in the lounge I observed him greeting new guests and seemed genuinely grateful when recognizing their hotel membership level/years with Holiday Inn Express. I just retired from a career in HR and this staff member should be cloned!

Breakfast was great and kitchen/dining area very clean. The staff member worked hard to make sure offerings were full and hot.

Outside area and near a good restaurant.
The door wouldn’t security lock, the air conditioner had a disturbing rattle all the time, run down…needs some updating
