Location.
No free parking. Parking lot could’ve used a little more lighting. Carpet needed cleaning or replacement.

The price was great.
The manger was not nice . Horrible check in experience. Carpets were dirty and outside there was trash off side of door and don’t even ask about pool area. Very dirty property. Rooms were decent and clean. And the breakfast. Just fruit and cereal and boiled eggs. Not what the pictures showed online very deceiving.
