Location
I thought some of the staff was rude. I said hello and they just blew me off. Never even asked if we needed anything like clean towels garbage bags etc and we were there a week. We had to go get what we needed

Staff was nice
Beds were not comfortable the handicap shower had a ramp to get in and someone in a wheelchair would have a very hard time doing that on their own they wouldn't give us any more extra towels or an extra blanket we had neighbors that were having loud parties and loud music at all hours of the night and when you talk to somebody they didn't seem to care
