The staff were very friendly.
I told them at check in i needed to cut my trip short by a day. I had prepaid. They did not refund me for the extra night.

The staff was friendly and professionally efficient. Offered much needed assistance to successfully accomplish the necessities of my stay.
There are no cons. In this area, one needs a car.
