The rooms were very nice. I was impressed. The hotel is a great value as it has been remodeled and looks great. Quiet and clean. A++
I would like to have a breakfast buffet option, even if I had to pay for it.

We loved that it wasn't too far away from VCU!!!Its location is surrounded by lots of good eateries!!And the Westin it self has a good restaurant and bar right inside!!Everyone was so nice and friendly!!!The Westin was very clean inside and out!!The room we had was very comfortable and also clean!!
The only thing I didn't like was that the Traditional rooms don't come with Microwaves!!

Broken elevator. All three coffee urns out when asked to have coffee filled up at Starbucks near the coffees because it was Starbucks they refused. Key card for room did not work. Had to get another card after waiting longer with one elevator working..
