Room was clean comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was included and there was eggs, bacon, toast, fruit, cereal, juice, tea and coffee. It was well presented and kept up. Check in/out was courteous and fast. I had to get a document from an email printed out and they happily accommodated me.
The location for us was great. It was just a short distance NE from the hustle and bustle of Calgary. Costco was literally less than a km away. There was a huge mall with a good court with many good choices for a meal nearby. Didn't do any shopping but toured Bass Pro Shop, well worth the visit, it was amazing. Access to get to the west side of Calgary on 201 was fast and easy, literally 25 minutes and back on the TransCanada west of Calgary.
The deadbolt on the room did not work, the cupboard door to the fridge was broken, the locking mechanism to the south end entrance door on the main floor did not always latch so security was compromised. All this was reported to the front desk and they were glad it was brought to their attention.

The breakfast food was good. The staff were very friendly. The room was okay.
The first room that we booked the fridge was very dirty and not cleaned at all. We were upgraded to a big room and that was great. However, The only thing we did not like was there was a spider underneath one of the pillows. Other than that, it was a good stay and the staff were very friendly.
Could you please make sure the room is thoroughly cleaned and checked for any spiders, especially under the pillows and around the beds. We had young toddler and were worried a spider might crawl into their ears while they are sleeping. We would really appreciate it if you could make sure the room is safe and free of spiders. Thank you.
