Given the price it was great, everything was modern and worked as expected. The complimentary breakfast was a bonus, we had a short walk to the city center/river side, it was short, safe, no issues. great place to stay

Great location, not a far walk from downtown, lots of great food and sights nearby- maybe a 5 minute walk down the road from the preservation park and end of the river walk- though there was also a complimentary shuttle offered, which was nice. Staff was super friendly and kind. Complimentary breakfast was small, but good.
Didn't realize it was a motel until I arrived, had a sense many other guests felt the same. Room was much smaller than expected, curtain rod was broken, floor was sticky and there was an unexplained sticky mess in one of the bedside drawers. Didn't necessarily expect perfect, but it was generally disappointing.
