Just about everything. Location was great. Convenient to the cruise terminal where I eventually ended up. Bed was comfortable and room was spacious. Another nice feature is parking if you stay one night you can park for a week for free and then it's only $5 a night. I saved about 66% compared to a parking deck. Room was nice. I had a view of the harbor with a little balcony. Nice small swimming pool. Room was spacious. They also allowed me to ship some Amazon items and held them for me until I arrived. Some things I needed for the cruise. Front desk staff was excellent and helpful. They also checked my car to make sure I had locked it. I called them after I had left. They also printed my luggage tags for me.

Great location which worked well for us . Free parking for our car hire and free shuttle to the cruise terminal

Breakfast was very basic and busy

Noise from street

Convenient to the bay/marina

It was very loud with the traffic. Loud cars/trucks. Somewhat run down. Our toilet would run continuously if you didn’t flush Correctly, the sliding doors were hard to open, sewer smell from sink drain.
