I thought the room was fine.
The early morning receptionist was very helpful
I found the day receptionist not very helpful. They wanted to charge me an extra $50 to get into the room at 2 not 3. I said we would wait and 30 minutes later they didn't charge us.
The television had NO reception. When I asked, they said I just had to wait. After 4 hours, I gave up.
The use Uber to take you to the airport. We could not order it for 4:00 am. We were told we had to be at the receptionist area 40 prior to order the ride. In the morning, we asked a different receptionist. He told us he would order it and it would be there in about 20 minutes.
For $149 a night, I would expect better.
I'm sadly disappointed and will not go there again. I do not recommend this place at the rate we paid. If I had only paid $80 a night, I would have been ok with all of this.
Good luck everyone. Austin has so many other options at the same price or lower.

The staff was helpful. They helped me to call a Lyft to pick me up from the airport. And the next morning, to call a Lyft to take me to the airport.

Breakfast was a typical continental breakfast. Good.
We had reserved a room with 2 queen beds and the one given was a single king. The hostess failed to hand out the welcome bag at check in. I asked about it the next morning and was given one as we left. The toilet seat was broken in our room and the bathroom door was coming apart at the bottom. I also did not approve of the $100.00 hold on my credit card, which I was told would be refunded if house cleaning determined nothing was broken or stolen.
