Our room was nice and clean, and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was good, and a nice bonus that it went to 10am, when I was expecting 9, and thought we had missed it.
The room although nice had some odd furniture in the living room area, and the couch and chair were not comfortable at all. Odd colors with a dark tan couch with black covers on the arm rests. and the chair was red, and just didn't go at all. Not a huge deal in the overall score, but a bit odd and not comfortable to sit in.

Location was really close to the stockyards.
Breakfast wasn’t too bad.
Air conditioning comes out of what looks like a radiator/heater at floor level. Sleeping in the bed bedside that meant it was absolutely freezing all night! I was constantly getting a draught in my neck.
The AC was controlled by a panel on the wall, allegedly. Even if you switched it to the “off mode” it was still blowing out air. The room still felt hot, despite this.
Towels were old and frayed.
Reception area was poor looking.
Felt more like a 3/3.5 star hotel, than a 4.
We were supposed to stay for two nights but left a day early.
