The location, cleanliness
AC is too loud; no microwave, no coffee maker in the room. Coffee in the lobby only from 6 am to 10 am.

The location was great. I was close to family in Oxnard and Thousand Oaks
The bed could be a little more comfortable.

Nice and kept up, good location
The rooms don’t have a coffee maker. Only coffee is served in lobby in morning. There were 3 hairs in the shower :(

Affordable and easy to access from highway. Also appreciated free coffee.
Need to provide either real milk/cream or at least powdered cream for coffee.
Worst issue was how noisy the plumbing was...we were woken up by nearby room taking a shower; very loud!
