We liked that it was right off the interstate.
Had troubles with the room key even after the front desk rekeyed them. The Kleenex box was literally screwed to our wall with a very exposed gap. The breakfast was lack luster at best. The waffle machine was sticking badly that it was frustrating many guests in the breakfast room. The gravy spoon really should be left in the gravy or a different solution found. When you see the gravy spoon sitting in the plate in a pile of gravy it just doesn’t look appetizing. Also really need to reinforce the quiet hours. Children should not be allowed to run up and down the hallways all night long. Adults shouldn’t be able to holler down the halls throughout the night.

This please is very clean. Everywhere. Very impressed.
Had to change rooms because The A/C units in two different rooms went out. Though, staff if VERY accommodating. I appreciate that.

We came into Indianapolis from Ohio after a 10-day trip and chose this hotel for one night because it cost less than paying for 2 days at our hotel for the Fever game the next day. The hotel itself was what we needed to relax and await the game. We used the pool and hot tub and was able to come and go easily, as it's just off the highway. The complimentary breakfast was good, the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. However, we would not stay again because of the intense smell of cat/dog urine in our room. If we were not in our room, the hotel was fine but inside the room, we were miserable.
We could smell cat/dog urine the second we opened our room door and since the air conditioner was not on, it was heavy and strong! We could not change rooms as they were full. Besides, I suspect other rooms would smell the same. If you have a pet friendly hotel, maybe you should keep some rooms pet-free for users who do not like the smell of pets. This hotel requires $100 deposit on the room and requires you to sign that you will not SMOKE in your room or you'll lose your deposit. Maybe they should keep the $100 deposit for families who allow pets to urinate in the rooms and have the carpets cleaned!
