I liked that it was clean and all the stuff you could do.
I didn’t like that several elevators didn’t work and it took for ever to catch an elevator.

Room was so clean and bigger than expected! Amenities were phenomenal.
I paid for late check out of 2pm and had a new hotel guest try coming into my room 45 minutes after check out. They were issued cards for my room. Then housekeeping coming 15 minutes after that to clean the room. Made no sense and was a violation of privacy and safety

Very nice hotel. The remodeled tower is very nice.
There were 2 different stays where the hotel check-in staff didn't tell the us how the elevators work. Something so simple and common sense.

Room was nice very spacious and clean.
Customer service is terrible. Waited 1 hr just to check in and elevators took forever. Very hard to reach someone on the phone for support as well.
