Fine price, fine room
The entire hotel is about getting you to sign up to a "90 minute presentation" on Hilton Vacation Homes / purchasing "ownership" in their points programme. It took almost 2 hours, they were pretty pushy on getting a preliminary "yes" even before showing the cost of saying yes. They would not explain if / how we could get out of the deal if we didn't like it.
