Clean, cool, convenient

The beds are always comfortable at Hampton. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and it was nice to have a bagged bagel for breakfast even at 4:30am when I left for the airport. The Lyft ride provided to and from was key to a successful stay.
The personality of the younger woman who was doing check in was less than pleasant. She hung up on me twice while I was inquiring about the Lyft ride. At 11pm, she was not busy, just seemed put out.

I like the location.
The staff wasn’t friendly. We had to wait over 1.5 hours to get a room. We had a convert to attend so we were rushed to get ready. There is no complimentary drinking water and the carpet had sticky spots.
