I love the location, the friendly staff, and seeing everyone happy with their pets.
A few things could be updated in the rooms.
It seems as though there needed to be a few more staff on location especially at check in time on a Friday afternoon. Being in a mountain town nearing the off season, the low staff was understandable.

I was there 5 days and you had no Kleenex and no bar soap to resupply.
Also the universal weight machine is not working.
