Staff were all very nice, and welcoming. The room was very nice. Beds were comfortable.
Only having the option for valet parking, which was $60 or having to pay by the hour was a lot.

Close to Lenox Square Mall, bit out of downtown but, accessible easily enough, clean, comfortable

Everything was perfect and the bedroom was very clean.

It was perfect location, cool vibe and the valet option was awesome.
Only one elevator works and it’s really slow. One of my hotel keys didn’t work. They only do housekeeping every three days?? Water gushes out of the shower but will only give you one towel per person (2). Kinda dirty feeling and a bit run down.
