Very clean.
Staff friendly
My husband flew out on the Sunday morning. He got the shuttle to the airport. The night shift cancelled the room. I was still in the room when cleaning staff knocked on door being told the room was empty.

Clean, good bed, the shuttle, having a gym, coffee in the room. Nice bodywash and lotion. Great food in the restaurant. Great interactions with staff.
Pool and sauna closed. A few things missing from the gym...weights and straps, and cleaning spray. Shower door in the room didn't close properly, so we had to wipe the floor.

Convenient location next to the airport. Clean, modern room.
Ventilation system was a bit noisy. I needed earplugs to sleep.

Staff was nice and room was comfortable and clean. Location was also good and shuttle service to airport worked well.
There was a problem with the hot water in the shower. My mom had to wait about ten minutes for it to warm up. For me it never warmed up and I had to take a cold shower. I reported this to the desk staff in the morning.
