I like that the bed was nice, the bed was very clean as was the room
The breakfast was okay, I appreciate it was at least a hot breakfast. I did not care for the Wi-Fi service available as it was not very strong and I basically had to use my hotspot to even send emails. And we tried to get more towels but there weren't any available. I also wish that there were softer pillows.
Genuinely wish that there was a bathtub option available is if I'm going to stay somewhere regularly that is something I prefer to have. The walk-in shower was fine though but not great for more than a night
Also the key card every single time we left the hotel even though I made sure to not keep it near my phone, we had to get the desk to redo the card to enter the hotel room so this happened three times in 2 days, I'm not sure if they're just you using cheap key cards or what the deal is but me keeping it in my wallet which is fairly thick and away from any phone device should stop any key card issue from happening that I've ever had at another hotel so if you guys want to upgrade the keys you're using that might help the overall experience
