Don't let the negative reviews deter you! Please refer to my positive detailed review from last week. We stayed for a wonderful full week and had an incredible experience, went to Orlando and returned again to the hotel for two nights. We truly loved everything about the hotel. It is exceptionally clean and boasts a fantastic location surrounded by popular retail stores and famous restaurants, and with Walmart and Sam’s Club within easy walking distance. There is also a convenient bus stop right outside the hotel providing direct access to The Mills at Jersey Gardens, the American Dream Mall, and New York City. A huge shoutout to the front office team, especially the gentleman with grey hair on the late night shift, I regret not knowing his name.
I highly recommend this hotel.
Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Cost and value are fantastic for what we needed. Usually we stay in the city for New York Comic-Con, but decided to try outside this time. At a 67% cheaper price difference compared to what was in NYC at time of booking this hotel was totally worth it and we will return for future cons. Super close to bus stop to get in the city a huge plus. Free on site parking and free breakfast.
There are a few small reasons why this review is a 9 and not a 10. Pull-up sofa bed incredibly uncomfortable, it was comfier to just sleep on it not pulled out. Hot water took a very long time to get hot in the shower depending on the time of day attempted. Breakfast area seating had lots of holes and then patches on the different seats. Also we didn't get any housekeeping during the 4 day stay.

Great location, bus stop is right outside for New York, very straight forward… staff helpful and friendly
Great hotel, just needs proper cleaning and attention.
It could have been cleaner, room
Was tidy and cleanish…. Microwave needs replaced, was all rusty on inside, mirror and window cleaning would be beneficial, also… the hallway to our room needed hoovering on the first night we got there (someone must have dropped cake or biscuits) and it still wasn’t cleaned up
Or hoovered when we left 3 days later.

I mean ….it has an Olive Garden 2 blocks from the hotel. And a small mall. No sidewalks though.
Needs hot water . There’s moments of the day that there’s no hot water at all! Be careful!
Hotel needs a renovation ASAP ! everything is extremely old and falling apart .
