Room was comfortable and clean. Extra amenities were appreciated.
Parking was difficult. I had to park 3 blocks away when I arrived. Carrying my belongings up the front stairs. My room was too cool and I couldn’t find a thermostat, which I somewhat understand seen as it wasn’t originally designed as a hotel.

An oasis near downtown Nelson. Very comfortable, well equipped and tastefully decorated. Welcoming staff and furnishings including kitchen/coffee supplies. Dining and shopping nearby. We could not have been happier.
Nothing. The stairs might be a challenge for some.
