Shanel - She is the absolute BEST front desk associate ever! Always smiling and friendly, unlike other staff members.
Shuttle - One day we waited over an hour for the shuttle then gave up and finally took an Uber. Depending on the driver on duty the shuttle was unreliable.
Breakfast - Some mornings the eggs and meat were cold, otherwise good variety
Housekeeping - I stayed at the property from Thursday to Monday and not once did housekeeping service the room. It would have been nice to at least have the trash emptied. Good thing I travel with my own washcloths.

Location was great. Very clean property, inside and out. Breakfast was good.
Wish there had been more green space for my dog. Wish there had been a Poop station on the grassy side next to the street. The only poop station for the dog was full of trash, no room for poop bags.
The clerk that was on duty when we arrived, a young lady, should not be in the hospitality profession. She seemed bothered by having to help us. Never smiled. Saw her a day or so later on the phone at the counter and she was not nice with whoever was on the other end….she said “I wasn’t here yesterday, so what else can I do for you”. Maybe she was just having a bad week.
All other clerks I encountered was all friendly and nice and professional.
