Very comfortable bed, spectacular breakfast, very good restaurant
The location is not ideal, one wrong turn from the hotel and you’re at the wrong side of town (found out the hard way)

Love this Nikko. The location is excellent for all kinds of activities in the city.
The parking fee is ridiculous. You are paying close to $100 per night to park? That is crazy. Makes more sense to park elsewhere and walk or UBER to the hotel.
Also, you cannot get anything to eat or drink past 11:00. We came back after a show at just before 11, and wanted a glass of wine but the bar was closed.

Beds are comfortable. Room size is also good.
1- My laundry/dry cleaning was delayed for a day. I needed to follow up >10 times especially since it was delivered late on my check out day. 2- The breakfast table was not ready and we were asked to wait for 20 mins until we managed to convince the team to give us a table by the entrance. 3- Shower water pressure is extremely low.
