Clean, comfortable, great location with shops, ice cream, and family fun activities near by. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Enjoyed the ability to walk to the Windjammer, The Dingey and other restaurants/bars.
It rained our trip but if the windjammer is having an outside band, you get to enjoy the music from the balcony! Nice bonus.
The available parking onsite underneath or across the street is great. Mini fridge in the room was a bonus as well.
Convenient Vending machines on floors 1 & 2 and ice machine.
Lights at night were bright on the walkways.
Room size was small for the price of the oceanfront rooms.
Need more privacy on balcony for the oceanfront rooms.

I liked the location.
The room was way out dated. There were no where in the shower to put shampoo and conditioner,or soap, the shower curtain was too short,so the floor got soaked,no vanity in bathroom,
With all the money you charge guest, you could at least have nice night stands, instead of the homemade crap you have.
There is no where to put your clothes .
It really needs an 2026 update. The area its in ,you would think the rooms and outside would be in better shape.
Keep your money in your pocket if you are thinking of staying here.
