Proximity to downtown and Lucas Oil Stadium. Check in staff happily and kindly accommodated my room requests (quiet and away from elevator). Was clean and comfy beds.
Rooms were a little dated, the price was crazy for no breakfast or parking included.

We had a good experience at the Sheraton, Hotel downtown Indianapolis. The room was excellent with a Gorgeous view of downtown. The staff were kind and friendly. The location is outstanding. We recommend the Sheraton downtown to anyone looking for a fun time centered in downtown Indianapolis.
The parking garage was undergoing renovation. We had to use valet parking at a rate of $50 plus taxes and other fees a day.

Our room needed some attention especially the bathroom. The exhaust vent was totally caked w dust n dirt. The ceiling needed work and there was a chunk of wood was broken under the sink. The bathroom door was broken.the rug was spotted.
