The location is great, right next to the gondola, and the view from the lodge was very nice. The suite was cozy and spacious.
The mattress was so soft that it was very uncomfortable. I am not sure if the wall is very thin, but I heard the person in the next room snoring all night long for the entire 4 nights we were there. The kitchen stove wasn't working properly, which made cooking very difficult. We tried to watch Netflix, but you have to go through a whole casting process instead of just logging in on the TV, and if you have a standard plan, you can't even cast. I also think charging $45 per day for parking on top is a lot.

Nothing exceptional about the property
Too expensive for the room we had. Did not like the fact it was valet parking only. Breakfast should have been included for the price we paid for the room.

Beautiful rooms which had everything we needed. Lovely pool area. The convenience of the free gondola into Telluride was great. The bar area was nice with good food. Staff were helpful too.
The parking was expensive at $45 per night, and the steam room was not hot.

Beautiful views on the property
The valet staff was rude from the moment we arrived. Didn’t prefer to have to take two gondola rides into Telluride. There was also a plumbing truck parked directly in front of our balcony most of the stay
