Slightly run down, but everything else was great. And curious helpful motel staff is very rare in Hemet. This place was very helpful and friendly

Room was a smoking room and stunk, it may have been clean but made me feel hesitant to put my stuff down.
Walking to the room we passed rooms that sink off alcohol and smoking.
