I really have to commend your team. The property was spotless, the room was very clean and fresh. The staff seemed to enjoy their jobs, and that, to me, is the best customer service I could have asked for. We were in town to pick up travelling family, and this little motel was the perfect base-camp for our adventures.
Really, thank you.
I can't think of an improvement that would be within the power of the property or staff to address. The plot is small, so it's cozy, and parking is tucked up underneath the second floor, and there's an alleyway that is just your typical Burbank alley, It was a nice touch that the motel put up bamboo privacy screens. So I really just loved the place.
