The location is perfect if you want close proximity to Time Square, Central Park, Broadway etc. Easy access to train station if you to explore other parts of New York. Neat hotel.
Too busy, there's always a lot of people at reception and everywhere on the ground floor, maybe its my timing.
Room very basic considering the price, no coffee facilities, walls thin, I could hear my neighbours TV

Location was good and bar staff friendly . It was clean
Rooms are small, really noisy aircon, no kettle, or storage. Rooms have clearly just been painted rather than renovated and not well designed. Walls are peeling in places and tatty

Location is great and the property is clean.
Check out process is very tricky. The staff is very busy at the counter and when I checked out they just took the key card and said they will proceed the check out. They took a $200 deposit during check in and I still didn’t get it back or provide a detailed bill.
I inquired them via Booking.com but never received a response as well.
You can store your luggage till you get your room ready. But have to wait in a long due for that.
