The decor was very nice, and the atmosphere in the lobby felt very high end. The restaurant was awesome. The room felt clean aside from some weird marks on the ceiling and slightly sticky carpet when barefoot. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Some of the front desk employees were helpful and pleasant to talk to.
We checked into two separate rooms about 30 minutes apart. When my mom checked into the first room she spoke with Gino, who gave her a coupon for the restaurant, drink vouchers, and the wifi information. When my Fiance and I checked in, we got no coupon and no wifi information. We also received no information at all about Continental breakfast and didn't even realize it was available until after we checked out. The lady that checked us in wasn't very friendly and seemed irritated with us. The shower didn't drain very well, and it was difficult to change it from the faucet to the shower head. The shower curtain didn't span the entire width of the shower, so it was pretty drafty on one side or the other. I found the same issue with the curtains for the balcony door, they would not close entirely no matter what we did. If it hadn't been for housekeeping coming into the room at 8:30 am (2 1/2 hours before checkout) and waking us up, the glaring sun through the curtains would have done it. I know a lot of these are small, insignificant things to complain about, but I feel like we paid for a better experience than we received.

Location, decor, staff was awesome
HC fans below our balcony made it not so great place to relax, screening curtain at slider was coming apart & thus a tripping hazard.

The onsite Restaurant was good, but pricey. The rooftop Pool was the Best part of the stay, but would have been nice to have drinks available in the morning....maybe a coffee bar
The Valet was slow, upon checkout there was no valet in the morning and No carts available for luggage......front desk was zero help! They did comp that last day valet....How can you charge for a service you don't have!
