We love this hotel for our family. Easy walk into Hollywood to see the sites. Amazing diner in the same building. There was lots to look at with all the decoration within the hotel and rooms. Quirky and fun! Easy walk to the metro to get to universal studios.
The lift stopped at one point but the management helped us a lot with bags and could not have done enough.

Great location to walk to Hollywood blvd. Easy quick drive to many tourist attractions including Griffith observatory, WD tour, WB tour and Universal studios
Two things, is valet parking really necessary? As this was NOT an option and cost £140 for 4 nights. Also the smell in the lobby?

Nice big room, prime location, helpful staff.
I was staying alone and I felt a little unsafe that there was nothing stopping people just walking in from the street up to the rooms. And the deadbolt was smashed off the door. However, when I told the staff this they did repair it the next day.
