Easy access off highway and liked that I had a ground floor room and could park near access doors. Pool is nice.
Hot tub no longer functional!

It was an excellent stay for what we needed.
The girl at the desk has no customer service skills. She was around 5’3 dark hair. No name tag. It had Manager on duty on the wall. It wasn’t about one incident. It was about her overall demeanour. No good morning. I felt like I was a burden to her if I had a question. Very unacceptable. When we checked out she didn’t ask how we enjoyed our stay. She took our key said do want a receipt. I said yes. She looked at the computer and printed the receipt and gave it to me and said nothing.

The vibe was very positive. Staff were very helpful.
Loved the pool area.
The hot tub was not working at the time.

The rooms are clean.
We had stayed here several times in the past year and the hot tub has been “under repair” every time. Clearly it’s not being looked at it’s just been left which is very disappointing.
