Great staff, great location, room was huge
Our room was at the front and 8 floors up but we could hear the trains below very clearly

Room was spacious. Good location near restaurants, shopping, public transportation. My wife thought the bed was too soft. I thought it was pretty good. I loved the daily free drinks at the bar.

The location was incredible and the staff was very welcoming and polite. Always ready to help.
I did not like the cleaning. For the fare I expected more quality in the cleaning. The carpet was not vacuumed in depth and the bed was not made properly. I think there is a good area of opportunity in this aspect.
