It's a small hotel right in the center of Boston across the street from the Boston Main Library. The location is the main attraction of the hotel. Because of the small size of the room, the best is if one stays there without suitcases for a day or two.
The size of the room was small. Also, the windows were surprisingly filthy, as they have not been washed for many months.

Adorable Boutique Hotel, my room was perfect for 1 person, the shower was wonderful and everything spotlessly clean. Bed very comfy and linens were great!
I wanted to stay longer, as my husband was in the hospital, but they were sold out. I was lucky to get one night there!

Good location and fine for a city stay. Nice touch to have free coffee and pastry in the morning. Lovely reception staff.
Not a problem for us as we only stayed 2 nights but the room was very tiny with no hanging space and the walls were very thin so sound travelled!! Also the bar could have had a bit more atmosphere and some of the bar staff looked like they didn’t really want to be there!

Fantastic location for exploring Boston.
Had cafe integrated which was great for breakfast.
Smallest hotel room we’ve ever had although had everything needed & comfortable but small double bed.
