We loved the location. Easy to get around the French Quarter. We upgraded to a room with a window as our original room had no window ($15 additional charge per night)
Hand shower head leaked so not much pressure. Carpets could do with a good steam clean - our feet we covered in lint

Great Location, large room, helpful staff, nice courtyard.
Carpets were nearing the end of their life. First floor coffee area had a mildew odor.
