The staff are really attentive and professional. Our room was clean, comfortable, truly spacious, and the king-size bed was comfortable. There was no noise coming from other rooms, so privacy was ensured.
However, the noise from the street, in the early morning particularly, was quite disruptive, the hotel being situated in a very busy area. Another issue is the fact that the room could do with some renovation, of upholstery and drapes.

The room was really spacious and the location was perfect for seeing show and being right off Times Square.
Our TV didn't work. We reported the issue but it was not resolved during our stay.

Location is great and feels very New York.
Requests to do anything more than the bare minimum were not taken well.
