Friendly and professional staff
Noisy location along busy street (though courtyard layout helped reduce some traffic noise)

It has an open and remote feel to it despite being just a few minutes out of the main parts of Alameda.

The location was very sweet with the Bay front and center, location safe and a nice walking trail nearby. The staff were very nice. Reception area was welcoming. Front patios were nice. Parking was easy. Rooms were spacious.
The AC was very loud, which was helpful in blocking off sounds in the hallway, but still a bit much. The chair had some stains that could easily be wiped off, but made it an item we avoided. One of the rooms we booked had a lingering smell.

Beautiful location adjoining marina and yacht club
Check-in did not have the feel of a traditional hotel — I had to ask how to get to my room. Facilities like room, ac, tub could benefit from updates.
