Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Swift Current by IHG

Breakfast was great enjoyed the variety of items. Mostly for fruit available was usually just bananas, was happy the last day to enjoy an orange as well. For the most part everyone was very friendly and welcoming whether you were coming or going. Loved to be acknowledged and made us all feel good whether we were starting our day or ending it. Smiles are free!

Our first night coming in the girl at front desk was our only negative experience here. We entered to not a welcome or hi. I initiated conversation to say we here to check in 5 ish. No extra conversation at all, we then had to ask if carts were available for luggage. No smile, nothing ? Shrugged it off and went to room. Had trouble getting on the wifi the first evening and i went downstairs to ask front desk as I am not quite familiar with doing this, the girl was in the office behind desk I leaned against desk and waited kept peeking in through window, I seen her but she did not acknowledge me. I gave up and went back to room. The following evening we had trouble getting into room key cards were dead, went to front desk and got new ones but again not overly friendly we felt like we were the imposition? Our last night there same issue with key card but a different person whew ... very friendly and apologetic they said they were having some issues but continued to be genuinely concerned and hoped all was good with our stay so far. He was so nice we had forgotten that we were apprehensive about going down thinking we were going to get the same girl. Hope maybe it was just a off, I don't know?

Breakfast was great! Rooms were clean and beds were comfy!

The POOL & HOTTUB! The room was newly updated and very clean The continental breakfast was great and the restaurant portion was newly renovated as well.

nothing to complain about here!

The location was good, the people, very good, however the breakfast was not even worth eating, the food was barely half cooked and terrible quality, noted as a free breakfast, but we all know cost of the room covers this feature, please provide food that is worth eating.

The breakfast see above terrible quality and half cooked
