Great location and nice staff
Common rooms are fun and the activities are cool
The top bunk bed was missing a place to put the night basics, some kind of shelving maybe

Clean and spacious room
Comfy bed
Need more bathroom, and WC units
Need a fountain with drinkable water at every floor
Improve check in time - bring it to 3 PM instead of 4 PM.

It was overall comfortable, the room was big but it was always quiet and I could sleep as a light sleeper. The room and facilities were clean. I felt safe that all the doors needed a key card. I didnt explore the kitchen and lounge areas but they exist, which is nice.
I was on the top bunk and the bed was very creaky so I felt bad for the person on the bottom bunk. This is in comparison to HI New Orleans where the beds are mounted into the wall and more sturdy.

They have thick curtains which are really nice and the USB ports near the bedside. The location was pretty good.
No breakfast, they used to have breakfast but I don't know what happens. No internet in room 406. And cold coffee in the morning. First time for cold coffee too!

"I liked the very comfy beds, the sheets, pillows, and blanket smelled fresh. The bathrooms were plentiful and cleaned regularly. The staff was awesome, even when very busy. I was surprised and pleased..."
