Beautiful and well kept. Room was very nice and spacious. Seemed like a pretty good value on the amount of space we had. We got massages and those were excellent.
Rooms were a bit outdated. No smart TV. The onsite dining options were ok but the food wasn’t up to par with the vibe the hotel gave. Shops and coffee shop on the property were extremely overpriced. $7 for a bottle of sprite. Two different weddings while we stayed there rendering the lawn area useless and having to walk around the wedding tent to go anywhere. Self parking was $35 a night and it was a long walk from the lot to the hotel rooms.

Nice suite, large bathroom, kitchen. Restaurants were convenient, food ok. Great coffee/ supplies cafe. Beautiful setting and grounds.
No information in room about the resort, the room, restaurants, hotel policies, services, etc. I had to go on internet to figure out the coffeemaker. Even checkout time was not posted. No information in lobby about area attractions. It was weird. We did ask staff our questions, they were helpful. On the last day I realized there’s an app- so maybe more info is on there? Also, they never were able to get the gas fireplace working. Shouldn’t have to pay for parking IMO.

Excellent location in the mountains
Not upkeep. Door hinges in the bathroom not working. The only coffeee shop in the hotel, doesn’t have a working espresso.. breakfast buffet was the worst.. everything was cold. For the money you spent here, it’s not worth it
