At the reception, Ruben doesn’t just stick to the standard approach — he genuinely tries to help. He’s a wonderful person, responsive, and he helped me with everything! Thanks! The location was convenient for my child and me. Excellent cosmetics in hotels are much more expensive, and their quality is much worse. Clean.
